Mindful Mandalas
Creating mandalas is a practice of focus, centering, and visual prayer. Drawing from Tibetan and other traditions, we use the circle as a container for intention, pattern, and calm. This workshop is suitable for groups, retreats, and anyone seeking a meditative art practice.
For over 20 years I have integrated mandala-making into my teaching with cancer survivors, caregivers, and communities navigating transition. Sessions can be tailored to your group or organization.
